3 months old

It's official.... I have a thumb sucker. Logan has found her hands and when she gets hungry, wants comfort, a pacifier, etc she sticks her hand in her mouth. It's nice because she self comforts herself, but I heard that it's hard to break a thumb sucker from sucking on their hands. Whenever I see her sticking her hand in her mouth, I pull her fingers away, feed her or give her a pacifier.

A few people have been asking if Logan has lost any of her hair yet. I took a picture of the back of her head to see the ring of hair that she has lost. She hasn't lost too much yet, it's mostly still all there:) Beautiful and dark!!!

Shayne is all girl! She loves wearing dresses and asks to wear them daily. She sure does look cute with her new hair cut and all dressed up. She is growing so fast!!!

Wisconsin Wedding

Last weekend we were in Wisconsin for Bobby and Cari's Wedding. Shayne had a blast and Logan met some of her aunts, uncles and cousins for the first time. Cari looked beautiful and it was fun to see family again that we hadn't seen in awhile.

Happy Baby!

Making bubbles while in her swing. She has the deepest blue eyes, which you can kind of see in this picture. They are beautiful!
When Logan gets surprised, or when you raise your voice when you talk, she opens her eyes big and wide. I actually caught it on camera....

LOGAN STILL HAS ALL OF HER HAIR FROM WHEN SHE WAS BORN. WHEN SHAYNE WAS A BABY HERS FELL OUT RATHER QUICKLY AND DIDN'T FULLY GROW BACK UNTIL SHE WAS OVER 2. HOPEFULLY LOGAN WILL KEEP HERS! THEN WE WILL HAVE ONE BLOND AND ONE BRUNETTE DAUGHTER. SHAYNE ALSO HAS BEAUTIFUL LIGHT BLUE EYES AND LOGAN'S SO FAR ARE A GORGEOUS DARK BLUE.

8 weeks old

Sleepy baby:)

Logan had her six week check up last Wednesday. I absolutely hate the 8 week apt because of the shots!!! Logan was 9 lbs, 15oz and 22 3/4" tall. She is growing like a weed!!!! I had to retire her newborn clothes and start dressing her in the 0-3 months, which made me a little sad.

She is eating well and sleeping about 7-8 hours a night if I'm lucky. Otherwise, she only gets up to eat once during the night and she is getting quite good about eating quickly and going back to bed:)
